Yes
Vendors and artists connected to the furry world have priority in the selection process.
Proposals not directly linked to the fandom are also welcome and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on available space.
"Related to the furry world" includes, by way of example: fan art, themed merchandise, art commissions, fursuits, accessories and related content.
No
To access the Dealers Den and occupy your assigned spot, all you need is a valid ticket covering the full duration of the event.
Voluntary donations are appreciated but not required.
Up to 15 days before the event or until spots run out
Applications are reviewed in order of receipt.
Priority is given to vendors connected to the furry world.
If all spots are filled before the closing date, a waiting list will be activated. Applicants will be contacted if a spot becomes available.
Yes, subject to availability
Each vendor is guaranteed one free display spot (110×74 cm, equivalent to half a 220×74 cm table).
Additional spots will only be granted based on availability and prior agreement with the staff.
If available, additional spots may be assigned for a symbolic contribution of €20 per spot, valid for the full duration of the event.
The contribution will only be requested after confirmation from the staff and is non-refundable.
110×74×150 cm
The standard dimensions for a spot are: 110 cm wide, 74 cm deep and 150 cm maximum height.
Beyond that height, anchoring systems are required and a stability check may be requested to prevent issues in the event of accidental impact.
For safety reasons, structures taller than the limit stated above are not permitted.
Each table (220×74 cm) is divided into two spots.

If you need electricity or a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, please indicate this in the registration form.
Any special requirements must be noted in the comments field.
The power supply is intended for standard low-voltage use (250V 10A, max 2500W).
High power for professional or high-consumption equipment is not guaranteed.

For space and safety reasons, a maximum of two people are permitted at each spot at any one time.
No, unless authorised
Sharing a spot with other vendors is not permitted without prior authorisation from the organisation.
Each spot is assigned to a single vendor.

The sale of any product that:
- violates Italian and/or European regulations
- is not freely tradeable
- could cause harm to people or property
is prohibited. The following are prohibited, by way of example:
- weapons (including replicas) and ammunition
- explosives and pyrotechnic material
- narcotics or medicines
- pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products
- political or religious material
- tobacco
- dangerous objects
The sale and display of any merchandise deemed unsuitable by the organisation, at the organiser's sole discretion, is also prohibited.
In the event of a violation, the vendor may be asked to remove the displayed merchandise, and refusal may result in penalties and/or exclusion from the exhibition area. Where a violation of Italian law is established, the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities.

No, with exceptions
NSFW works are accepted only if:
- appropriately censored (preferably kept in a closed album/folder marked as 18+)
- not freely visible to the public
- made available only upon direct request from the customer
In the absence of a dedicated area, the public display of adult material is not permitted.
The sale or display of the following is prohibited, by way of example:
- sex toys
- fetish clothing
- BDSM accessories
- explicit art
Content depicting the following is categorically prohibited in all cases:
- zoophilia
- paedophilia
- racism, antisemitism, homophobia
- incitement to hatred or violence
- extreme violence
- any form of abuse or cruelty
Violation will result in immediate expulsion from the event.

No dedicated area for the sale or display of NSFW material is provided for this event.
Yes, if authorised
The sale of copyright-protected material is permitted only if the vendor holds a valid authorisation to use the brand or intellectual property.
A copy — including a digital one — of the current agreement must be kept on hand.
In the absence of documentation, removal of the merchandise may be requested.
Setup times will be confirmed for each event; they are typically the half-day preceding the event opening.
During the check-in process, access to the exhibition area for setup will be available.
Early check-in is possible with advance notice, and authorisation to set up before opening may be requested.
During setup, the area will be accessible to staff and exhibitors only.
The organisation is not responsible for theft, loss or damage.
Under the spot or in your own room.
All items not on display must be stored exclusively in the space under your own spot.
Leaving objects on the floor, behind or beside the spot, or occupying walkways is not permitted.
For safety and organisational reasons, staff may request the immediate removal of any obstructions.
