This team is at the heart of the experience attendees will enjoy, and its aim is to create increasingly engaging events through panels and activities of all kinds. We work closely with panelists and the Stage crew to give each WildOut edition its own unique identity. This is what the team will be responsible for:

- Interacting with attendees who have proposed panels or activities, approving them in conjunction with the board staff and scheduling them accordingly
- Adapting the schedule to any changes that may arise during the events
- Applying the chosen themes for the events in the most appropriate way, adapting the available activities and stage sets as necessary
An excellent role for those who are flexible, have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
Fursuiters are the life and soul of the party, but it's essential to ensure they can always find a space where they can cool down for a few minutes and recover. The Fursuit Lounge team is responsible of just this, specifically:
- Ensuring food and drinks are available

- Checking that each fursuiter is accompanied by no more than one spotter
- Preventing unauthorised attendees from entering the lounge (fursuit badges checking)
- Keeping the area designated for fursuiters clean and tidy, as well as ensuring that the equipment inside remains in its place and is in working order
Wanna help us lend a paw to these magnificent creatures? We're waiting for you!

Photographer? Great! Videomaker? Brilliant! Both? Even better! This team needs little introduction! However, as well as capturing the best moments at events and allowing us to relive them once we’re back home, there are a couple of other things we focus on here, including:
- Developing and editing videos/short films if required. Knowledge of software such as DaVinci Resolve and/or Adobe equivalents is a bonus
- Managing any photo shoot set-ups during specific time slots at events
If you’d like to help us show the public what goes on at WildOut, we can’t wait to have you on board!
Here, we focus on finding the right role for every volunteer willing to lend a paw to WildOut. If you think you have excellent organisational skills, this is the role for you! Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Ability to assign the most suitable roles to volunteers (e.g. drawing up an organisational chart)
- Managing and optimising internal communication between departments
Did everything go smoothly when you registered for the last WildOut event? Well, that’s mostly thanks to the IT team! If you’d like to help us ensure users have a seamless registration and browsing experience on our website, this is the team for you. We’re looking for people who are willing to:
- Help the IT lead manage the database and registration system, implementing new features where necessary. Any experience with Python is a bonus
- Manage and develop WildOut’s landing page and main website, with a good knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
It’s the perfect role if you enjoy seeing and managing what goes on behind the scenes at events!
Are tabletops, video games and RPGs your bread and butter? Then why not bring your passion to WildOut too? Board games have always been a great way to socialise and encourage interaction amongst attendees! If you’d like to, here’s how you can lend a paw:
- Managing the video game consoles and tabletops area
- Organising and running tournaments
- Explaining the rules of the available games where necessary
The perfect department if you enjoy being on the move, setting things up and taking them down! The Logistics team is essential in helping us get the event spaces ready on time. In fact, we take care of:
- Preparing the rooms for the various activities
- Setting up and dismantling the spaces, before and after the event. You’ll need to carry equipment, some of which may be heavy. We particularly appreciate those who are willing to lend a paw by setting up and dismantling during early and late con-days
