RHI Porta Bologna

Our events are held at the RHI Porta Bologna complex, located in Pieve di Cento (Bologna). It's a spacious and functional facility with a welcoming and informal atmosphere, featuring ample indoor and outdoor spaces dedicated to group activities, relaxation, and socializing.

The hotel has 140 simple and practical rooms, divided into various categories (single, single use double room, double, and triple rooms), all available at a special rate for participants.

The Move Nightclub

Fancy shaking your tail to the beat? There’s always music playing on our Main Stage (Move Nightclub), a fully soundproofed space for the exclusive use of WildOut. A dedicated venue with DJ sets, music and entertainment where you can sing and dance to your heart’s content until the early hours, whilst respecting other guests at the venue. The nightclub also features a cocktail bar, run by the venue and open during disco nights.

There are various dining options available at the facility:

• Buffet breakfast (included in the stay): A selection of sweet and savoury items, fruit, bar service and coffee.

• Full buffet dinner (booking required): €25

• Special event menus: There are five set menus available, valid every day for both lunch and dinner.

Local amenities

The property is just a 700-metre walk from Pieve di Cento city centre, and easily reached with a short stroll.

Note for pedestrians: The road in front of the property is a straight, out-of-town stretch with narrower sidewalks in some areas. Although there are pedestrian crossings and a 50 km/h speed limit, we recommend that you take care around traffic, especially in sections with narrower sidewalks.

There are a number of useful amenities in the immediate vicinity and in the town:

• Next to the hotel: Minelli Restaurant and Pizzeria, perfect for lunch, dinner or pizza by the slice and takeaway.

• Recommended pub/brewery: Osteria Del Lupo in Pieve di Cento is a popular pub/brewery among our attendees for enjoying a good beer and spending the evening in good company.

• Nearby supermarkets: you'll find a Conad and a Coop within easy reach for any shopping needs.

• At Pieve di Cento city centre: cafés, pharmacy, ATM, restaurants and bars.

How to get here

The hotel is located at 42 Via Ponte Nuovo, Pieve di Cento (BO).

• By car: A13 motorway, Altedo exit. Continue towards Pieve di Cento.

• By train: the closest railway station is San Pietro in Casale (Bologna-Ferrara line). If necessary, you can contact a staff member in advance to check whether a lift is available.

• By bus from Bologna: from Bologna (Via Indipendenza stop), take the 97C (TPER) bus, which stops directly at Pieve di Cento opposite the Conad / Porta Bologna, about 600 metres from the hotel.

• By plane (international guests):

• Bologna - Guglielmo Marconi Airport (BLQ): this is the closest airport (less than 30 minutes by taxi or car). From the airport, you can take the Marconi Express to Bologna Centrale station and then continue by bus (line 97C) or train.

• Milan airports (Malpensa / Linate / Bergamo Orio al Serio): connected by bus or high-speed train to Milan Central Station or Bologna Central Station (approximately 1 hour by high-speed train from Milan to Bologna).

• Other closeby airports: Verona Valerio Catullo (VRN) and Venice Marco Polo (VCE), which are also well connected to Bologna by high-speed train.
